Patti Hudspeth - Hypnotherapist

I have suffered from increasing levels of anxiety and feelings of being totally overwhelmed recently and Patti has helped me tremendously in controlling and overcoming these feelings using a treatment called Psy-Tap. She didn't necessarily need to know the reasons behind my anxiety but, as she is a lovely person and totally professional, I felt safe in sharing my thoughts and feelings with her. I have come away after our first session with tools and strategies to help me cope and I now feel much more confident and capable of getting back to becoming my normal self!

Patti has helped me transform my life. Over the years I have had different treatments with Patti, all of them excellent. Months or years have sometimes gone by between sessions or treatments, but I keep on coming back whenever I feel I have something I need help working on. Patti has helped me make huge progress with depression, anxiety, issues with self worth, and deep seated issues that have sat below the surface for many years. She even helped me recover, almost instantly, from an intense physical ailment. I cannot recommend Patti enough. She is brilliant at listening and adapting to what you need at any given moment. She really cares and wants to see the best outcome for you, and is hugely intuitive in her approach and understanding your needs. Whether on Skype or in person, Pattis treatments have been revolutionary for me, time and time again.
