We recently moved to Radcliffe on Trent and are delighted that we found the Princes Place Development by William Davis. From our first visit and our meeting with Charles we have been impressed with the company and how they approach the customers, no pressure but lots of help and advice. Charles took us through the whole process including the selection of Curtains, Carpets and Blinds and made it a stress less experience.for us. Since moving in any small problem has been addressed quickly and without fuss. The quality of the build is impressive and we have had no problems and are very happy with our decision to buy our house. Mention should also be made of Maria who works with Charles in the Sales Office, Del the Site Manager who have both been of great assistance to us and also to Ashley who visited to show us how to use the Alarm System. He is an Electrician who served his time as part of the William Davis Training Scheme as an Apprentice, and was a delight to meet and represented the company extremely well. If you are thinking of looking for a house in Radcliffe it will be well worth your time to visit Princes Place, which incidentally was name after a Lion that lived on the site, believe it or not!
