I attended THOS for a consultation with Shai to discuss starting my loc journey. I was blown away by the sheer amount of knowledge and information that was communicated to ensure I was fully informed and understood the process. She thoroughly explained the different ways we could start them, that best matched my hair type, and discussed my previous hair maintenence and future to ensure the best results possible. She also gave me information relating to the correct diet to facilitate the health of my hair. I am super excited to start this journey and am booked in for next week eeeeeeek. Shai is such a friendly warm soul and very knowledgable and passionate about her work. Would highly recommend!

Very poor, CHARGED 165 for four DREDS! Poorly done no product used no wax nothing. I made clear I wasn't paying that because I had four DREDS! Over the phone talking about what I wanted doing. Spoke the whole way through my appointment on the phone to someone else. Refusing contact back because no where on her site NOW it states 165 for DREDS. I made clear the max I'm paying was 65. I find it funny when we spoke she decided to tell me she was at an appointment and couldn't talk but picked up the phone. Ironic considering she sat on the phone my whole appointment. Hair looks shocking never ever again. I'm getting my money from my bank. Stay away at all costs. Unprofessional trying to be better than what she is* Service: Dreadlocks
