We really love our new LochAnna kitchen. We shopped around a lot when we were initially deciding; the quality and aesthetic really stood out and the components fit the space perfectly. It's made the kitchen a real feature of our house and it gets a lot of compliments. We had one small issue with the fine detailing on one of the drawer fronts, but the customer service team were really responsive and sorted it out in a rapid and pain-free manner. All-in-all, I'd recommend LochAnna to anyone else considering a new kitchen. One tip - if you can get to a showroom that features LochAnna, then do - some of the less popular colours really stand-out when you get to see them in person. Will post some pictures when we have the kitchen walls painted - the bare plaster we have at the moment doesn't do the kitchen justice!

Well what a rollercoaster! The main problem I had and still have is with the Butlers pantry. Firstly it arrived with no assembly instructions so my fitter had to get advice from the factory how to assemble. 2 days later it came together but no matter what they did adjusting the soft close hinges it wouldnt close properly. Video call with Scott their rep. I learnt that it was a bad batch of hinges so replacements arrived . Guess what, exactly the same! Looks like a bad design fault causing a vacuum when the 4 doors close? They were going to get back to me and send someone out, that was in December! I love the rest of my kitchen ( this is my second Lochanna kitchen) but this time it hasnt been a good experience. They did give me a small monetary compensation for having no instructions but certainly no where near what the fitter charged for 2 days work !
