Upon booking with this company. I have specific place to be collected and dropped off. Also promised that the vehicle had Bluetooth. The booking was a surprise and as we ent outside there was no limo. My poor mum and dad had to stand in the rain for 15 mins and 3 phone calls off the driver saying he was lost. Even though I have not only specific collection details but also a photo of where to be collected. We were then told by the driver who finally turned up that there was no Bluetooth in the vehicle and that we could only use a usb cable (which they did not have) or CDs which were all old music. My dad then had to back inside to look for a usb which then evidentially didnt even work. So after standing in the rain. And the surprise being ruined to them not even be able to listen to our own music. (Which id spent a week making as it was a special occasion for my family) were then handed and bottle of champagne which is 4 in home and bargains. To then be told that we cannot be dropped off at the location and had to walk. Isnt the whole point of hiring a limo to feel like a VIP. I was so embaressed. I have a walking stick and was never told about not being able to be dropped at the location. Then after almost two months of chasing up my complaint. Ive been told that letters have been sent to me regarding this. Never ever received them. As a professional company I am absolutely disgusted with the way this complaint has been dealt with. The owner has actually emailed me today saying someone is lying and its not me can you actually believe that The car was late we stood in the rain. The Bluetooth we were told did not exist to then be later told it does and the driver will be investigated. The drink was a cheap 4 bottle The CDs were old and mostly scratched and broken. And finally couldnt even be dropped off at our destination. I will be letting all my friends. Work clients and colleagues know not to deal with this company ever. Absolute disgrace and extremely unproffessional. Book with someone else because I guarantee youll be let down and any MD that treats his customers like this should be ashamed of himself. !!!!!

Very professional and amazing service at BIG SLO LIMO. Very good and easy to deal with. I received - above the line - service when I asked for the right (for my needs) limo. Been kept up to date with my order! Highly recommended!!!
