Been going here for over 40 years since it was a Co-op. Since the shop became SMS stores about 20 or so years ago, I've been a loyal customer and now my children go there around 2 times a day regularly. Quite often they sell food that has gone off, but you don't know that till you get home and open it. This may not be the same day. The final straw came this week when my son bought a Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Not cheap at the best of times. When he opened it, he found it was moldy and smelly. We have been back since on 3 occasions to get a refund but they keep saying we need to speak to Rana, the owner. She is a lovely lady, but her choice of staff is atrocious. We never got a refund and personally, I've had enough. I now only go there to drop off parcels, but I discourage my family from ever spending money there ever again. Poor quality service and I think they turn the fridges off at night. Too many bad experiences to be an accidental mistake. Buy from here at your peril.
