Ive never seen a place treat staff so bad in my life, you are expected to not only do the job you sign up for but do the supervisors job on top of the setters job. If anything goes wrong, its all your fault and never the people who are meant to fix things. I loved the people I worked with but the higher ups and the supervisors was awful. The higher ups are delusional and disrespectful to their staff but expect you to work better and harder after the shouting. The injuries was always blamed on you also so they can keep away from any lawsuits. They try acting like the job is a wonderful opportunity and that you can leave when you want despite the difficulty in finding jobs nowadays. I was 18 working there and just because of my age, I got given multiple jobs and was told that I should be able to learn every machine strictly on the premise that I was young. This company is a joke and dont be lured in by the false title of machine operator because that isnt the only thing you will be doing. I would give this place minus stars if possible but 1 star is the lowest. Ego driven power hungry higher ups ruin this company. Simple changes could be put in place and fix it for a better experience but they are oblivious

Im annoyed i still had to give this place a rating of 1 star. In summer time Bottled water is banned from the shop floor while you work in a hot sweaty an dusty environment, In winter your expected to work next to open doors and stand on damp floors health an safety totally ignored! Allow forklifts to run between people at high speeds warnings frequently given out like candy warning procedures not followed at all with verbal then written they just go straight to written ..constantly blame the staff for bad products rather than look at the actual fault on the machines, staff expected to run a machine with faults pick the faults out on a fast running conveyor belt and still keep up with the machine while at the same time packing and building boxes without having any scrap if there is any scrap your treated like a child an screamed at..Both supervisors on nights are ruthless oppressive bullys who get a thrill from belittling the staff an getting away with it. If you report it to higher up management your laughed at an told don't like it then leave , anyone who gives this place a fab rating is delusional
