Do not buy a car from this dealership they are absolutely awfull I purchased a vehicle from them around a month ago on arrival the car hadn't even been valeted or washed down there excuse was they had some one off sick I'm sorry but for the reputation of your own company you would jump in there with a vacuum yourself and with barely enough fuel in it to get to the fuel station half a mile up the road. 20 minutes in on the journey home the airbag light came on I managed to plug the car in on the next day to find numerous other faults I contacted rtcc and they asked me to return the car for repair stating these would be carried out within 3-5 working days managed to pick the car up nearly 2 weeks later with only the airbag fault repaired it shows there knowledge when returned I mentioned the clutch was ridiculously high and all they said was the clutch had no wear and needed calibrating never heard of a clutch to be calibrated before and surprise surprise no change also car came with 12 months mot and had supposedly had new rear disks and pads fitted which the brakes squealed badly on investigating the squeeling at a local garage there was new disks but old worn pads and knackered handbrake shoes causing the noise customer service wise they didn't know how to answer there phone and would only reply via WhatsApp only if I read these Google reviews before hand rather than the auto trader reviews I would not have touched them hope this helps others decisions in the future
