We needed a replacement of our drippy bath tap and replacement of our outside piping. We have found Lacey plumbing and heating to be exceptional professional from the offset from the admin team to the team attending our property. We had a quote from them in the first instance and a week later they have completed the work. We would highly recommend. Thank you very much!

If you are looking for plumbing expertise, a good customer experience and value for money I cant recommend Lacey plumbing and heating enough. I have just had all my very old radiators replaced by them. I needed two of the radiators removing to allow the walls behind to be plastered and painted. After I accepted their estimate, my original plasterer let me down. Laceys were really patient, kept in touch and when I eventually found a plasterer, Matt organised the work around him to ensure I was without heating for the shortest time possible. Danny did the work with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. I cant believe how quickly he worked, especially as the bedroom radiators were hidden by beds and built in furniture. He tidied up after himself and even managed to tidy up the previous unsightly pipe work. From start to finish everyone I have spoken to from Laceys has been friendly, helpful and professional. They turn up when they say they will and do what they promise. Service: Heating system installation
