Took in car to have a puncture repair. Puncture was incredibly slow was first advised that there was a pen hole sized puncture. Agreed to 25 repair was then told that there was 2 punctures. Then told unable to repair and could provide a new tyre. Seems like they have deliberately mislead me to make me buy a new tyre. Still charged 25 even though the tyre is not repaired. Absolutely ridiculous will never use them again! Furthermore I've checked my tyre this morning after they advised me they were unable to repair it (yesterday)and the pressure hasn't changed at all. Leaving me even more sure that they were telling me nothing but lies. I had an appointment booked with tyres on the drive to fit a new tyre but I've now cancelled that as I don't feel like I need it. Absolute joke, these people are scam artists! Update 8th Nov: you asked me to contact you 4 days ago which I did and you still have not gotten back to me. The satisfaction of your customers must indeed be a low priority. Update 14th Nov: still awaiting a response from Kwik fit and meanwhile the tyre that they "couldn't repair" is still going strong . Update 13th December: I have still heard nothing back from your customer service team. I am beginning to wonder if they exist. Please could you comment? P.S. the tyre the team at Radcliffe couldn't fix is still holding it's pressure Update 25th January. The tyre is still in great shape I even did a 250 mile round trip with it. Still no contact regarding my complaint. Very disappointing! Update 5th March The tyre is still holding up I'm gonna call my Tyre John McClane because even Hans Gruber couldn't get rid of this thing.

Good service and got the job done. Place looked a bit tatty and some of the explanations weren't super clear, but a good experience overall and the work was done in good time.
