Great spot inside Radcliffe market, plenty of options to choose from and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back to do this again! Great for families as I took my daughter and she loved painting her unicorn.

It's a shame that the customer service isn't better. I'm loathed to write this but I'm annoyed. We had a kids party here on 12th Nov. I've been trying to pick up the ceramics now for a bit after seeing a notice on their Facebook page saying pots from Nov were ready to collect. I left a voicemail message and a message on FB to ask if our stuff was ready. I was informed it was so went to collect last Friday. Got there and the stuff wasn't ready it was all over the place in various different crates. Two pieces are missing. I've been told they're in the kiln, that the girl will drop them at my house .. nothing. I've left messages and voicemails and today (Tue) I went back to the venue and it's shut. No notice on socials that it's closed, nothing. I've rang and keep getting sent to voicemail and no one is returning my calls. I've got 2 little girls who are devastated that their pieces have gone missing. The company are not keeping me informed as to what is going on and it's really frustrating that I've had to go twice and call and message several times with no response. It's a shame really as on the day, the kids really had a good time. EDIT: Immediately after this review, I received a message via Messenger to say that they had the pieces and they would be dropped at my house. Only one arrived, the other apparently cracked in the kiln and so, we've gone from them all being ready to two being missing to one being broken. I know that they're a small business etc but.... considering the party was a month ago, I'm not sure how such a catalogue of errors has occured. I received 10 compensation which I will give to the little girl who's ceramic didn't make it out of the kiln.

Thank you for hosting our daughters 5th birthday party. Everything went really smoothly & thanks for making it a great occasion. Would certainly recommend for a fun birthday party

Great venue, good food and beverages of all kinds and cuisines. Painting a variety of pots and plates was fun and even kept the adult kids quiet for a while, twe were there for about 2 hours and this flew by and surprising how much time you can spend painting a jug etc. The down side is its not cheap at all and it takes two weeks to fire them and ready for collection at this time of year. Food in the venue was amazing and great value.
