We bought a carpet around 18 months ago from Radcliffe flooring. It was a bad start when the fitter turned up, moaned consistently, was rude and abrasive. He broke a photograph, an ornament and scraped all our newly painted skirting board without an apology The response we got was basically it wasn't their fault and they blamed our decorator. Wind it forward 18 months and the carpet is falling apart. They sent someone round to look at it and once he saw we had a little dog he convinced himself it was our dog destroying the carpet. It is coming up in places where the dog can't even get to. Yes again another rude uninterested member of staff I was told the manufacturer would need to come to assess it to see if it is a faulty carpet. He called in August to make an appointment. I explained we were away asked him to call us back end of August and we are still waiting. Now we cannot get hold of Radcliffe Flooring and were left with a ruined carpet We are fairly certain a cheaper carpet has been put down and f I could give this company - stars I would do.

I chose this particular flooring shop on its reviews. My first impression, I must say I wasn't disappointed. I could park close to the shop, plenty of parking. I was approached a few minutes after I walked in. Helen the sales person was extremely helpful, not pushy, offered good advice and listened to what I wanted. I have booked a visit for a measurement. And will return to choose some flooring. All done and I am more than pleased, 'look at the results'. Superb craftsmen, clean, tidy and friendly. I will definitely be going back for the rest of my flooring. I can't recommend Radcliffe Flooring enough. Thank you
