    Ordered a footstool from here a few months ago, just received it after some delays for obvious reasons due to the current situation and couldn't be happier, it looks fantastic in our living room and the team were great at getting our delivery to us once they were able.

    Awful service from Abode Sofas / Oswald & Pablo. Would not recommend using them for any chairs. The quality of goods isn't too bad, but the service is absolutely shocking. Matthew at Abode Sofas has no care about his customers of helping them out. Ordered a Sofa in June 2021. Was given two delivery dates and no one turned up. Chased and chased (very hard to get hold of on the phone or email) and apparently they couldn't deliver as the fabric wasn't in - promised two dates for delivery before they had the fabric! Eventually taken delivery in November, with no discount of customer support. I suspect that the people that left positive reviews for this company are friends and family of the company. Please do a thorough google search of this company before you consider going with them if you do not want the stress and hassle that I along with so many others have had to suffer. Appalling company - DO NOT USE THEM!!

    Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I can not stress this enough. Trying to sum up my experience with abode sofas/oswald and pablo ltd (they're one and the same) in a brief review is going to be very difficult but please bear with me! My initial experience was positive. They couldn't help me enough. It started at the end of January 2021 and I decided (against my better judgement) to order with them on 01st February 2021 and paid 716 deposit by bank transfer. I was given a quoted delivery date of 8 - 10 weeks from order. That didn't happen. Then came the no contact, the waiting for an idea of when the sofa I ordered would be delivered, the endless delivery dates that seemed to stretch forever onward. All contact was initiated by myself. Nobody from Abode Sofas or Oswald and Pablo ltd (another company associated with abode sofas - dodgy!) initiated contact with me. I had read the reviews but really liked the sofa and there were some positive reviews so I thought, maybe I will be one of the people with a positive experience. Not a chance. I insisted on a full refund after the 3rd delivery date - which was 03rd June. (Initial delivery was expected between the 8 - 10 weeks as quoted, then I was told 17th of May and then 03rd June). I was told their refund policy as quoted in their terms and conditions was 14 working days. Who needs the best part of three weeks to refund someone?? Not any reputable company that I am aware of. I sent numerous emails to remind them of the time frame and that I expected my refund. I have gone over the 14 working days and still have no money in my bank. I will now go to trading standards, the local papers, rip off Britain and any other outlet I can use to warn people so they do not fall into the same trap as I and so many others have. I've also persuaded friends and family to post this review on their social media. This company are nothing short of charlatans. I suspect that the people that left positive reviews for this company are friends and family of the company. Please do a thorough google search of this company before you consider going with them if you do not want the stress and hassle that I along with so many others have had to suffer. There is a very real negative pattern here which so many people have fallen victim to and I have proof of everything I have said in my review. I have since gone with S***logy who delivered BEFORE expected and cost half the price! Please, please be careful. No sofa is worth the hassle of this magnitude. J. Thompson. J. Thompson. Update on 15th June. I finally got a full refund today. I received an email from Josh Coleman who explained that they had moved and other reasons for not refunding me up until now. How it was a genuine mistake. Refunding me two days late is a genuine mistake. Waiting until you get the letter before court proceedings is not a mistake. You may have changed your warehouse address but does that mean you also changed your email address, because I emailed your company reminders about my refund... Also, I received the email from them today which means that they had my email address so if they had my email address that means they could have looked at the thread of emails with all of my bank details that I forwarded over weeks ago. Not only that: their account department could easily have paid me back into my account in the same way I paid... I'm happy to finally get my money back but found the whole process of dealing with this company extremely stressful and I'm afraid I stick by my original review. I wish I had avoided them

    **AVOID THIS COMPANY** **AVOID THIS COMPANY** Yes they apparently make a nice product (in photos). I ordered a chair from them (Oswald & Pablo/Adobe sofas) in January 2021 and paid for it in full, waited for its manufacture and was contacted for delivery on 25th May 2021. On the day of delivery I received an email cancelling it stating 'transport difficulties', I have heard nothing since. I have tried calling, emailing and contact through social media, they have absolutely zero customer service, they never answer the phone or respond to emails. I did reach a woman once on the phone and she told me she didn't give a s**t about my chair, I was utterly shocked. I still have received no news, no chair or refund. Please shop elsewhere, there are other companies that make nice product and value their customers. I have never received such appalling service from a domestic company. I will now be pursuing them through court for a refund and costs.

I finally got a full refund today.
