Great company to deal with , replaced a conservatory with single story extension and open plan living rooms , all personnel were great to deal with , issues were promptly fixed , all in all a painless process , would recommend then without reservation .

Absolutely Over the moon with PCL Building Products, My conservatory is looking for the best it's ever been! Second time I've used them (once at previous House) and I've passed their info over to family and friends as well. Our first roof in our old house did have a minor teething problem but that was the sub-contractor fitters and not the product, or the companies fault. It was fixed very quickly and hasn't been a problem since, I rent that house out now and its still looking great - strong and leak free! In Fact, I was very pleased how high quality the roof swap was I went back for roof 2 for my home. I was assured that the fitters responsible for roof 1 problem had long left the company - and I was told about a new roof system they are now using. I was a bit sceptical at first about their new 2022 roof, but it was explained that they have as a result of lots of R&D found ways to improve the roofs they manufacture even further! and their thermal properties were so good (especially important at this time with energy bills on the rise) - I gave them a chance, and I'm bloody glad I did - WOW this new one is miles better than the other supalite based one I had! has a cleaner look, Love it! I found them on Instagram, and then went to their Facebook page to look at their pics before deciding fully. I think I searched for the words "Conservatory roof replacement near me"? or 'insulated tiled roof for conservatories ' or something like that anyway. I'm having them back for a garden room next year! so PCL BUILDING PRODUCTS Ltd if you're reading this.. Thanks everyone your team is superb! Mark T

Great product, installed by Cowboys Our original glass conservatory roof was leaking, so we chose PCL for a new roof to not only fix the problem, but make the room warmer in winter and cooler in summer too The new roof leaked worse than the old one. After reporting the issue I got nothing but excuses blaming anything but their work problem with the cavity wall, the pointing needs redoing, must the cavity trays... After several emails I got a roofing specialist out who pointed out theyd just reused the 10 year old leaky flashing that was already there, rather than replace with new and after pointing this out to PCL they came back and replaced it. After it still leaked I got my guy back again who said theyd made an appalling job of it, gaps, and now the new flashing extended ABOVE the weep hole outlets from the cavity trays, so any water dealt with by the trays just ran out behind the flashing and down into the house below After further emails and photographs pointing this out, PCL just stopped replying to me, hoping Id just go away Ive now had the job done properly at further expense and happily have no leaks The roof itself is great and Id recommend a lightweight tiled conservatory roof to anyone, its made the room much more pleasant, just buy it from anyone but PCL
