        These guys originally booked for Friday 13april. Got a call to say scheduled guy had called in sick and that they had rebooked fir 1st call Satturday 14 april. NO SHOW and. Noone answering their phone. Seriously ticked off. They had better call me asap or I'll book someone who can at leat be reliable. At the moment they don't even really deserve the 1 star rating!!!!

        The plumber was very polite and efficient and the work carried out was great with no complaints whatsoever. BUT... there are real problems with regards to after sales admin with multiple communication and system failures.

        We are with British Gas Home Care so Clear Water came through that connection, job was done and sorted quickly, let us know when they were near,it was during lockdown and all necessary steps were taken to safeguard us and the agent.
