Ryan and his team are quite honestly amazing they came to do a flow screed job but because my builder hadn't realised the drying time, they changed everything for us meaning our project could continue as planned. They turned up the very next day and did a perfect job on our 2 floors. Fantastic service well above what you could expect and his team are really professional and friendly. This is the second time we've used UK Flow Screeds (or Danco as they were before) and have been so pleased both times. This time, three smallish plastering jobs, one including rendering. Ryan and the team are all friendly and helpful, at a decent price, and great quality work both times. I've now recommended them to friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

We engaged UK Flow Screeds to lay liquid screed for our new build project and undertake various plastering work. The screed work was good, but the plastering work ran hugely over the original schedule, with workers often not turning up or leaving halfway through the day. The owner (Ryan) was completely unresponsive to emails/calls. When the relationship broke down and we parted company, despite me paying all outstanding invoices promptly (including an outrageous scaffold hire bill for towers which never even got used), UK Flow screeds did not pay their skip company...meaning that weeks after leaving the site, the skips are still uncollected. We brought in other plasterers to complete the job and they were polite, on-time, reliable and have finished an excellent job. I would caution anyone about using UK flow screeds for anything other than simple screed work

I had previously been let down by Anglia Flow Screed, who originally poured my floor but didn't come back to sand it and, after two months chasing, I decided to ring round some alternatives. Initially I spoke to Louise at UK Flow Screeds, who was very friendly and helpful. She managed to fit me in very quickly as I really needed to get the floor done before the kitchen arrived, and although the originally agreed day had to be moved they came to finish the work within a week of getting in touch. Richie, who carried out the work, and Ryan, who I spoke to on the phone about the job were both very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Our screed is going to be our finished floor so Richie had a job to get it as smooth as possible throughout and he did a great job. Thank you to UK Flow Screeds - I would recommend anyone using them.
