        Unrealible software! When is down there is not one that can help on the weekend unless you pay extra for the weekend support even if is the sofware not working properly. Is a shame as was found of the system but they let me down on a Saturday. They asked me to pay double if I want them to fix the 4k system or subscribe to an extra support that I don't need if the system don't crush. They ignored my calls and they excuse was that the support phone line wasn't working, not sure what is worse. Very dissapointing
