        Ordered a product on a Saturday, and by Tuesday - 4 days later - had still not received a dispatch note. I enquired of their CS why the delay, and they said it wouldn't be despatched at weekends. Still doesn't explain why it wasn't dispatched on Monday. I have since chatted with Nick the proprietor and his attitude pleased me, he stressed that his employees' welfare was paramount. Good man. Also the product has arrived, and it is very good. So I have amended my review.

        When purchasing a lamp I was asked to scan and send photo ID, a utility bill, a bank statement and proof of address. I would strongly advise not to send an online company these documents and be cautious when dealing with them.
