Oh my god! Please avoid! Whatever you do do not use them ever! They advirtise as they are HEATAS registered, THEY ARE NOT! I've spent days on the phone to HEATAS who confirmed that they are not heats registered! Owner told me that their membership is going through renewal it is not! I went through them because I wanted everything above the board and asked if I can have HEATAS certificate, they said I can, HEATS today informed me that they are not allowed to issue HEATAS certificate because they don't have membership with them. Owner texted me saying that they have "ways to deal with people like me"!!! they installed wood burner on Saturday, the whole thing collapsed on Sunday! we had fire going and no flu! when flue collapsed it ripped the hole wall outside! Smashed our decking ! owner Paul told me and my partner that they will replace everything, they did not ! They put basement of the flu that was damaged and smashed back on! they did not fit plug in our house with registered burner. two days later they came back to fix outside wall, did not even cover our decking ! Now it is damaged by cement! Whole decking is covered! left all broken bricks and other rubbish outside. i had to chase them for months, no reply, no communications, nothing! We feel heart broken! it was our dream to have a burner and we saved up for a very long time now we hate it and cannot even look it! We do not use anymore because we are worried that something else bad will happen. They've blocked me on their facebook page so I cannot even leave a review. They also removed anything to do with heats from their website because I've told them that HEATAS is now investigating them. They also fitted a work top for someone I know, shocking job That poor girl had to chase them for months even had to contact owner's daughter through Linkedin. Now we have to employ someone else to come in and do everything else from start. We are devastated.
