Shocking experience. Ordered a shed with installation, they failed to meet the delivery date. When I asked for a refund they wouldnt refund the fitting charge. Whenever I email them they phone back, rather than email - clearly dont want any of their promises down in writing.

Bought the 8x14 ft canopy for my patio. The delivery came very fast. The poor delivery man was very happy to see me waiting for the product as it came in one long box weighing 56kg and I had to help him unload it as there was no way he was going to be able to do that on his own. Overall I'm very happy with the product a few pieces were a bit misshapen and I had to bend these back into place so everything would fit together. The instructions are okay, I'd describe them as a poor man's attempt at copying IKEA, the order of assembly could be improved. The tools supplied with the product are next to useless. It took 3 of us around 7 hours to build and we are all veey competent with DIY. The finished item looks great I've taken a star off for the delivery man being on his own and the fact a few pieces were bent but we worked round this.

Absolutely awful and frankly rude service from this company. You order a product they refuse to deliver it and then are extremely rude on the phone. They are happy to blame other people and threaten you with extra expenses because they are simply incompetent.

I am not allowed to place an order with this company any longer as I have previously returned an item!!!! I simply exercised my rights, under UK law to return an item because I had changed my mind. The company thought this was unacceptable so I am now not allowed a simple vent for my greenhouse just in case I wish to return it. The email I received telling me so after they had cancelled my order twice in one week was rude, obnoxious and downright uncalled for!!!

I would give this company no stars if I could. For context, I have never left a negative review before. I have been told that my experience is very unusual and I have been unlucky, but please do not take the chance of ordering a cabin with the sub contractor to fit it. The pack was delivered and left sitting on my drive for over 2 months. The fitter did not come on the arranged date that was within a week of delivery. It then took numerous attempts via him and the company to arrange a new date with no response to message after message to the fitter. I asked for the product to be removed as I was so disappointed with the service. Obviously they didnt do that, just kept delaying and delaying. Eventually the cabin was put up. Within a week the wood of the doors warped and they couldnt be locked. This was at Christmas and I made the mistake of not going back to the company to tell them immediately as I had just had so much stress with them and was laid up with covid. The winds in January ripped off both doors. Apparently that was my fault, the company took no liability so I am now 600 out of pocket for replacement doors. The company wouldnt even consider a goodwill payment in recognition of the long standing issues I have had with them, saying that they had secured me a good price for new doors! Reputable companies recognise that good customer service improves their profits rather than costing them business through poor reviews. Reviews confirm that this company is just good at pointing out the small print that absolves them of responsibility for any eventuality. Please dont use this company if you want to avoid my experience. And question why Trustpilot reviews do not appear on their website. The one star reviews show a very common themeI was not unlucky in receiving shocking service.
