Kaye Salmon Make-up Artist

After being unsure whether to book a professional makeup artist for my smaller legal ceremony, I was so so glad that I did end up booking Kaye. She really helped to make the day feel special for everyone involved and was so professional, talented and adaptable to a busy bridal morning. I left my trial feeling confident and comfortable as she listened to my preferences and explained as she went along. Our makeup lasted all day and was still going strong hours and hours later. The cluster lashes that she used were a firm favourite and our makeup looked great both in person and in photos. Both at the trial and on my wedding day itself, Kaye made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in the hands of a skilled professional. The overall effect of the make up was natural but radiant, which was exactly what I wanted. The cluster lashes that she uses were a revelation! My make up stayed in place all day long. I've worked with Kaye at a number of weddings and always loved her work! When I saw she was offering makeup lessons I booked in immediately. I feel I've become a bit "mumsy" of late and that the makeup style I've relied on since my 20s no longer cuts it!! I booked Kaye for my wedding and created the perfect looks for myself, 3 bridesmaids and mother of the bride. From the initial trial i felt very comfortable with Kaye and we found exactly the look i wanted with ease. The make up lasted all day and was still looking flawless right up to the end of the evening after a lot of dancing!. Kaye was lovely to have around during the morning of my wedding and made us all feel so relaxed during the morning prep.

What a fabulous experience! Spent 2 hours with Kaye, having a make over. Really warm, took the time to go through my old makeup and salvaged from it more than I could have hoped. If you are feeling a bit deflated or just need a bit of a pick me up, I would certainly recommend Kaye.
