I've taken Pilates classes with Carole for several years. I started a few weeks before having surgery on my back, and from 6 weeks after the operation I have worked with Carole to rehabilitate and build my core strength. She has been wonderful! She is expert at tailoring sessions to suit each persons ability (or disability) and her patient attention has been absolutely crucial to my recovery and on-going development. Now, several years later, I have weekly pilates classes with her via zoom which works really well as she is so good a describing exactly what you need to do in each exercise, what to focus on, how to breath and execute the move. Her empathy, understanding of any physical constraints you might have, expertise, ability to tailor session to suit you and her fabulous communication skills make her a wonderful Pilates coach. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone lookng for Pilates coaching. She is second to none!

Worst Service. Worst customer representative. And an overall bogus facility that absolutely has no idea bout the first thing when it comes. They have no sense of providing a therapeutic experience and their masseuses are not even certified. The hygiene was also not up to the standards. Dont fall for their low rates because they are nothing like what a massage clinic is supposed to be like..

Carole is great and I would recommend her classes to anyone. Her instructions are easy to understand and follow. It has been great to work on my flexibility and core stability, particularly with lockdown and working from home meaning I am sitting at the desk for a large part of the day.

I've been doing classes with Carole for two and a half years. I absolutely love Pilates, my core is strong and I find the aches and pains that I had have eased. I like the personal approach when doing classes, Carole guides you through each step to make sure you're doing the positions correctly and adjusts you if needed. In the last 6 months I started toning with tins which is a 30 minute workout with weights or tins and tones your body. I also did the Melt hand and foot workshop which helps my weak hands and wrists. Carole does refresher courses to make sure that you're doing it correctly. Overall I would and do highly recommend Carole, she's certainly helped me get stronger and motivated to do weekly classes.

I have been doing Pilates with Carole twice a week during lockdown as the equimedia works team. I always look forward to the sessions and they are a great opportunity get at least some movement during a typical day of Teams meetings and email at the desk. I'm definitely getting a little more flexible. Carole does a great job of keeping variety in each session and adapting to our needs. Though somehow she always manages to get us to work a bit harder than we were expecting :-)
