Great team of specialists who do exactly what needs to be done. Did a fantastic job of removing a mature eucalyptus that had just grown too big. They worked on 7 trees and i couldn't be happier. Their knowledge and advice with this job was very much appreciated.

From the moment a quote was provided to the moment the team left the property they provided excellent service. It seems such a simple formula for success but one that companies find so difficult to do. Arrive when you say you will. Do the job you say you will and be professional and courteous. I thoroughly recommend this company they provided superb service from start to finish

Shocking. Made a booking for AJ Arborists to come and do some work in our garden. Was advised they would arrive for 8:30am. No show by 9:30 so tried to contact them. Mobile goes straight to answer phone and advises do not leave a message, try texting or WhatsApp. I tried both but no reply. Also tried emailing and calling the office. Still no reply. I waited in all day and nobody came or contacted us to explain. Very poor service and will never use this company again. A total waste of my day.

Alasdair and his team were great. They walked us round the garden explaining the condition of the trees we had and advised what work would be needed both now and long term. They carried out a crown reduction on a yew tree in the garden professionally and the tree looks great. We will definitely use them in future and I would highly recommend them.
