The Reflexology Room

I had an amazing and relaxing 2hrs with Clare. Normally I go for a massage at a spa but have NEVER felt as relaxed as I did after my time here. I had the lymphatic drainage and the facial. I loved them both and have booked again.

The reflexology room is a truly amazing experience! I have been going to Clare now for a couple of years , and the difference I feel in my own general well being is quite unbelievable. The calming and tranquil environment is a treatment in itself! I highly recommend a visit to Clare!

Clare Worth was recommended to me by a family member as I was suffering from alopecia so a worrying time. I made an appointment online which was very easy to do and had my 1st session. Clare made me feel very comfortable and explained how reflexology worked, I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt afterwards, it was amazing. Clare suggested weekly sessions for 6 weeks, then to do a health screen test again to see how things had progressed, I had one on my 1st session and it picked up loads of issues, brilliant piece of kit. A detailed report was emailed explaining the results and I was given advice on what to do next. My sessions will restart once i have fully recovered from an op on my foot, in fact I have already booked it. I have booked for a full health screening as I need to know the best way forward which Clare will be able advise me on. I highly recommend The Reflexology Room, it has really helped me and I know it's helped others. Looking forward to my next session.
