        The service at Battersea and Heathrow was very good. The car was great and we did not experience any problems To improve the service AVIS could A. Show you to your car and explain all the features before you leave. B. Improve the car return signage at Heathrow. It was very difficult to find AVIS. For others take a right at the lights from Bath Rd just before you reach the Best Western and just after the Marriott hotels. C. Ensure the sat nav is working

      A. Show you to your car and explain all the features before you leave.
