Absolutely atrocious store, always dirty, seven tills closed today, including all the self checkouts and items consistently priced wrong. One item for nine weeks and counting.. (it has gone up TWICE) in price since then when you put it through the till

Out of all tescos Ive been, I have found staffs at this tesco pretty rude. Especially one lady at the customer service section. She is very unwelcoming, seems too lazy, very impolite. She shouldnt be doing this job at all. I work in retail, and hospitality before and know how a customer should be treated. If you go there as customer, you wouldnt feel like buying anything rather throw the things in the basket on to her face and just walk away. Apart from that as a store its all ok. You can find most stuffs, but need to know when you should be going as its in a residential locality, most things goes out of stock by the end of the day.

Empty store and unfriendly service from non existent workers. Staff disappear and reappear like Boo in super Mario. One minute I was talking to a worker, asking for help who was on his phone, the next I was talking to a self service machine because he had gone. I asked for help with my club card from an Eskimo looking woman who smiled when I explained my card wasn't working and she told me to wait but then left and came back and went on to sit down at another till, leaving me standing like a fool in the middle of the shop. It's strange in here, for a place so big it's very empty, or atleast it was when I was in. Empty fridge, empty aisles, empty headed people, and it's a real shame.

The car parking area is an eyesore, litter everywhere. Managers are rude and disrespectful to customers. It's the younger members of staff who provide the best service.
