Day Lewis Pharmacy Battersea

Rang in the morning to confirm prescription for antibiotics was ready for collection. Following this phone call arrived at the pharmacy to find it closed for hour whilst they have lunch. Nothing about these closing times online. The person on the phone didnt think to mention it earlier in the day. I rang with no answer and had to wait outside for 40 minutes whilst sick. Whilst inside no apology as 5 colleges all come out at once. Awful! Not my first unprofessional experience with this pharmacy and will move in future to a competent service.

Whilst I have always found the staff helpful, when I visited today I overheard several members of staff openly berating someone with a mental health difficulty. When I challenged them about this the female pharmacist was argumentative and trying to defend this as a private conversation between colleagues although this was been held in an open space where patients are present. Really unprofessional and unkind behaviour.

Incredibly unhelpful staff. Especially the ones serving today. Oh my and the attitudeThe outside and inside looks like it will be demolished any second. Terrible.
