NATALI manicure & pedicure

I've never had a more ridiculous and unprofessional experience in my life than at this salon. These women are so so rude and it definitely has a racist undertone, they talk rudely in Ukrainian about you openly and there is no way in hell I'm going back here. Ive been 4/5 times and each time experienced the same rudeness but never to this extreme. They dont care if you are happy with your nails and do not care about completing your nails fully. Ive done Russian manicures all over the world but never seen such rudeness in my life. Nastia literally could not do my pedicure with my gel colour because she was rushing and kept having to re do every toe (after using it perfectly for my manicure) and she literally starts screaming at me that her boss will call me and she has another client so she cant complete my nails. Bear in mind her Ukrainian client walked in less than 5 mins ago. She doesn't bother to finish my nails and doesn't even bother to communicate with what will happen next. I took all the pedicure stuff off my feet myself, paid for my manicure and left. I still havent received a call from any boss. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Come to this place since 2022. Very happy to discover. They have higher standards of hygiene and disinfection as a surgical instruments. Not that rubbish way of soaking in blue solution as most of local salons have . Unfortunately very high staff rotation, almost impossible to stick with one professional.
