Very poor company never give value for money o owner apartment the lease hold increased double as the contract have a variable lease hold they have plans for building social houses and neighborhoods not the great the value of the area Warwick road dropped due to the two buildings Gliberd Edward affordable accommodation on people on benefits and Kendal house free accommodation for people on benefits than they want people to buy for 2 million DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY AND LIFE WITH THIS INVESTMENT AS YOU WILL LOSE EVERY DAY DUE TO EXPENSE LEADE HOLD AND POOR SERVICE RECEIVED PLUSE NOT GREAT NEIGHBORHOODS
