This company probably don't need business, they make no effort to keep customers. After years of using this company , they have become full of themselves and cant provide good customer service anymore. We have since found an other company and are really pleased that Freedown food messed up, it gave us the opportunity to work with better people. You will find plenty of other more reliable suppliers who are willing to give good customer service.

Brilliant company and service. I bought the best Wagyu steaks and Iberico pork from them - I had a small issue and the person the phone was great at dealing with it. Good people to buy from.

After years of being a customer I will def. Wont spend not even another penny with this guys ! They are absolutely a disgrace ! Send me wrong cut of meat worth it 200.( they changed the lovely lady who used to look after my account to some guy as my account manager who obviously have no clue what is doing ! Leaves me all weekend with meat I couldnt use told me to send back asked me to put ice because I told them I didnt have no longer the same packaging other wise I would have freeze or give it to the neighbour! Ignored my calls then they told me they had to disposed the meat that was this account manager owns mistake !!! Well done you lost as customer over 200 . Nice to do this type of business with you specially consideration for your own mistakes !!!! Specially after spending so much money with them ! Ps Lets get one thing straight nothing was a substitute of anything i used to order Wagyu tenderloin and pork so nothing was to substitute anything get your facts right.I ask for carpaccio they sent me 200 of Meat to roast I didnt want that never want it meat to roast I want it CARPACCIO and the. I had the meat in my fridge over the weekend by your mistake and fault not mine and then o told them I told I was put ice in a bag is what I did so dont try to blame when your staff doesnt know whats carpaccio I explained quite well what was it plus google is a fantastic way to find if they dont know whats carpaccio and is far from what they send !!!!! I go and give my money to someone else who care about their customers obviously you need more then me to loose a customer over of 200
