RR London

I was thrilled to read such great reviews but unfortunately despite several attempts over the last month to communicate on their "contact us" page I had not managed to experience them for myself. UPDATE: I was correct in assuming this was just a glitch.very fast positive response from Konrad at RRLondon - they were having issues with their web contact form. I was down there with my ailing RRsport Supercharge within days. They are very friendly and very thorough. Sent me a video of the health check they conducted on the vehicle and sent me an estimate for everything that one could put right from faded badges to more urgent mechanical faults. the work I needed was done quickly and to first class standard....and at a very reasonable price compared to even non specialist garages in this area. My advice in this review is quite simple. If you have a Range Rover in London and have an issues with it or service required take it to RR London.

We had an issue with the rise and rotate gear selector in our Range Rover. This occurred on a Sunday as we were due to head back up from London to Newcastle. AA could not resolve the issue and we were told to find a garage to get the repair done. I called Carlos from RR London expecting to be told that it would be a few days at least to have it repaired. He said that if I had it to him before lunch he could probably have me back on the road the same night. After a few delays with AA ordering the wrong truck to pick up our car, the car was finally delivered to Carlos at 2pm. I was not very hopeful or expecting Carlos to have the car done by the night but when I rang him to see that the car had been delivered. 5hrs after the car was delivered he called to say I could pick up the car and get our way back up north. I cant thank Carlos enough for his efforts and his attention to detail. Ill be taking the car back to him for regular services.

Great job servicing my car. Very well qualified mechanics, very friendly. Honest and trustworthy. Very reasonably priced and high quality work, delivered on time. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I very rarely if ever write these things but in the case of RR London, it's worth making an exception. Why? Well because these guys are outstanding, they know their stuff and as others have said in their posts, RR's workmanship and customer service is second to none. In my case, they went further than 'the extra mile' and conducted a huge amount of work on my ageing RR for which they made no charge. I will not hesitate to recommend Connor, Carlos, Arthur and the rest of the guys down there - putting it simply - they're very good at what they do and don't charge the ridiculous prices you find at other RR garages.

Called when dealer said three weeks to even look. In the next day and returned in good time. Identified the fault, and found something else that needed doing - supplying video evidence. Great guys doing a proper job. No BS on the invoice just thorough explanations at decent prices. Give them a call before looking elsewhere.
