First Choice Fruit & Produce

The food was either spoiled, package incorrectly or was given the wrong item altogether. In my same box was: - Melted ice cream (without anything to keep it frozen) - Stale bread - Diced pork (not feeling very confident it will have been kept refrigerated) - incorrect sauces - wilting nettles Really disappointing as I was quite excited about the order.

Fantastic produce, unfortunately let down by poor customer service. Ordered a bunch of meat and veg, the box arrived missing all the meat. I asked if the driver could return with the missing items. Bare minimum customer service would have been to apologise for the error, they just said they would look into it. A few hours later they refunded the items, which was annoying because I would have preferred the option to replace them. Now I have burger buns but no burgers I think all these poor reviews could be avoided if they had someone who pretended to care on the emails!

Stay away...very bad service, can't call them. The tomatoes were not fresh, half had to be thrown away. Expensive and not worth the money. They used to be better!

Terrible management and supervisors .no communication and I would not want anyone to experience that environment to many people at top and not enough actual staff stay clear also Dan Jerome works at the company so how he can review the company as a guide I do not know

We have ordered many times from FCP and have never been dissatisfied. The fruit is honestly second to none - you can really taste the difference. We love the eggs too, the yolks are a dark orange colour and have such a full flavour! I Would recommend these guys whole heartedly. Prompt service, great produce.
