Don't bother! Ordered the largest possible bouquet of red roses for an anniversary, only to be informed on the day of delivery that a substitute bouquet would be sent instead. On receipt of the flowers it contained only 3 white roses, some lillies and a mixed variety of low value flowers, definitely not at the same monetary value. Really disappointed with the service!

Poor service, took payment for 2 orders totalling 150 then said they couldnt fulfil either order the day before they were due. Was told Id be refunded within 5-10 working days .. surprise surprise 10 working days later and still no refund, will be taking it up with my bank to recover funds .. NO NOT USE!!

DO NOT USE! IF YOU WANT TO SEND FLOWERS GOOGLE LOCAL FLORISTS IN THE AREA YOU WANT DELIVERED, THIS COMPANY TAKE LARGE COMMISSION AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH! NOT TO MENTION NOT PAYING THE LOCAL INDEPENDENT FLORISTS WHO DO ALL THE HARD WORK DISGRACEFUL

Appalling company, they take over half the amount you spend in commission. Leaving the florist they send the orders through to little amount to fulfil the order!! They then don't pay the florists leaving them 100's out of pocket!! AVOID AVOID AVOID With reference to your reply which is utter nonsense. I can confirm first hand that you are owning lotsbof money to small independent florists that you have failed to pay ans continue to make up ridiculous excuses! Would you like me to provide the photo evidence of this ????
