If only I could give 0 starts. I am never going back to this GP practice. This is the worst GP practice I have been in. Not a single employee is polite or even understands what it is to be a decent human being. I had an appointment for a serious heart condition which got completely dismissed as I was late for 10 mins. There is a certain number of emergency appointments given on the same day and I apologised for being late and explained that I wouldnt mind staying longer to see the doctor or even speak to her very briefly as I waited a whole month to see the doctor. I was met with complete dismissal and told by the woman receptionist (after she consulted her manager/supervisor) that I will not be seen no matter how long I wait and that I should go to any walk-in clinic and sort myself out if Im that concerned. Never have I met such insensitive Health Workers with no understanding to what Patients Come First means. After the receptionist accidentally messed up my Patient Access resulting to denying any access to any of my medical records, I tried to go back later that day and was met with absolute dismissal and direct rudeness, violating every single code of conduct regarding NHS Clinical Governance. I tried to speak to male receptionist to ask to have access for my medical records and he refused to speak to me as hes not working. Even the cleaner came and yelled at me from behind the door because of him and told me to leave. After being left outside in the cold for 25 minutes, there happened to be one kind hearted human with clear conscience who noticed one patient standing outside in the cold by herself. She came and listened to me and took all my concerns into consideration and gave me her full attention unlike the rest. Both the male and the female receptionists (who never pick up phones anyway) are the most condescending, patronising, offensive and insensitive NHS Health Workers I think I will ever meet. They think that we do not understand what it is like working in a busy and stressful environment or having a long day at work. However this does not justify treating patients like animals.
