I really love the brand and their products, too bad the Brexit made it more expensive for us, EU customers. Makeup: The liquid eye shadow is amazing and always have its effect on others haha. The variety of products and colors give lots of options to be bold, brave and express ourselves. Nail polish: Nice colors and effects as well. I have so many of them. And they have an excellent customer service which is key for me. You could have amazing products but if your company doesnt know how to communicate with customers its not going to work for me. But the only 2 times I had to get in touch with them it was always satisfactory.

sending out spam advertisments following an order even though the customer clearly stated not wanting any marketing mails is not very classy of you, ciat london. Maybe work on that, it's not elegant

Received an eyeshadow palette that had been damaged on its way to me. Kyle answered on the web chat immediately and within minutes Id uploaded a photo and a new one has been ordered already! I was also offered a credit as an alternative. Brilliant customer service and if the replacement arrives as quickly as my original order, Ill have it in a couple of days. Thank you!

Through Ipsy I was introduced to this product. I love it. Its the first lip gloss/stain that I have found that truly keeps the color on all day, and Ive literally tried scores of them in my lifetime. I eat 3 times & drink from a water bottle all day at work as well & I have to take it off with makeup remover at the end of the day. Their customer service is top notch! A mistake happened when I ordered more from the company & they fixed it right away. Highly recommended. I will be purchasing more cosmetics from Ciate London in the future.
