        Great development. Housing association Flats are much bigger than that of embassy gardens. Right next to battersea Park opposite two rail stations couple minutes walk to the power station and 20 mind walk or short bus ride to Chelsea Also plenty shops and restaurants close by . Nice restoration work to railway arches. Sometimes idiot peoples do leave their litter over the weekend but cleaners are always cleaning.. concierge very helpful even though we don't use concierge facilities as tenants despite paying service charge.. plenty of local parking and free disabled parking 24-7. Also best bit right next to primary school. Plenty of events put on throughout the year last Christmas event was amazing. Sainsburys local on development and also a nice pub Unfortunately the spaces made available for rent in the development have not been leased or sold , alot of empty shops
