Canceled booking two hours before the cleaning. This firm does not guarantee the booking. Horrible customer service. You are not allowed to speak with your cleaners and will be humiliated for inquiring confirmation of booking. They dont have in-house cleaners so they will not show up to your house. No wonder there are multiple previous 1 star reviews below. They also threatened not providing refund unless I delete this review. Fantastic Services gave the confirmations of booking within few minutes by talking to cleaners to organize the cleaning session and treating customers with respect and care. I called Fantastic Services 11 AM and getting the cleaning right away this afternoon. Clear contrast of customer service and speed. Highly recommend Fantastic Services company over this firm.

Absolute shambles. Booked and paid for over 1 week in advance. With confirmation of where to collect keys, yet decided to not collect keys and wait at the property and not inform me. I expect a full refund Steer clear of using this agency.

Do not ever work for this company!!! They are not paying and they are very rude and disrespectful ! I worked for them and they didnt paid my last two jobs for no reason!
