Best bike I have ever ridden, those who complain about the bike quality are those who generally eat poor quality fast food and probably have never had the joy to ride into the future, after 7000 miles this is the bike for me, the service hub in Battersea have some of the best knowledgable staff and bike mechanics. The bike is such a joy I don't think it'll be too long until we eventually see these bikes everywhere.

This is one of two Vanmoof service centres in London. The Battersea location also has bikes for hire, and there's one near Finsbury park that is just for servicing. My S3 had a fault and I had to bring it up from the south coast for repair, which was completed in a week. Glad to get my bike back!

terrible customer service. have been trying to return my subscription bike but there is literally no way to do it. nothing on website, FAQ, and the live chat function is useless. no phone number. have sent emails, help requests, etc. tickets generated but zero response. Following response below, I have tried the chat function four times and each time I'm told the wait time is 30 minutes -- you literally have to stay on-line staring at your screen for over 30 minutes. Have sent in numerous requests to Van Moof and am advised I will be contacted in 5 working days - but zero contact or response. I am cancelling the direct debit - call me when you want the bike back.

Delay. Delay. Delay. Have been waiting for the bike seven months. Just got a mail saying it will be another two at least. Having already waited three months more scheduled. No response when you contact them. Really poor experience. Wouldn't touch them in future
