very helpful company not like your usual car hire company. Have used VWFS several times before clean cars/vans and have never been older than 6 months. Staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best service, ask for Gary 5/5

In preparation for a family trip to the UK, I researched renting a car for a couple of weeks through Xmas & New Year 2022-23. After seeing the eye-watering prices they were all asking, and having many of them not even respond to my enquiries, I'd almost abandoned hope in favour of using public transport. Then I stumbled across VWFS, and I'm so glad I did! Long story short, I rented a beautiful new Golf, with the sat nav that was essential for us as visitors from Australia, for around a third of what the bigger firms were asking. The car was fantastic, never missed a beat. We were looked after by Rai, a bloke who quite clearly sees customer experience as a priority. Not only did he do everything he said he would during our initial email exchanges, but he hooked us up with a local taxi firm to get us to Heathrow for our flight home. It was a pleasure doing business with VWFS Rent-A-Car Colindale. I'll be recommending them to family, friends and colleagues heading to the UK, and will use them again for our next trip.

Rayes is a brilliant guy! The cars are always amazing! Never had a problem, have been using them for over a year.
