Illegal lettings fees, regular, unprovoked threat of eviction, disgusting attitude... this place has it all. Rarely do you meet a person as rude and unpleasant to deal with as Alena Gladic - she treats all tenants with contempt and either charges money (without any authority whatsoever) or threatens eviction every time tenants do not obey her preposterous demands. This company's business model is extorting money from tenants. They illegally charged admin fees at the beginning of my tenancy and withheld hundreds of pounds of deposit because we once used a full bin instead of an empty bin(???). Fortunately an independent adjudicator saw common sense and we were able to recover the money months later. Avoid this greedy and unethical business at all costs.

The whole company is a joke they dont communicate at all you cant get through to them for months Ive been waiting for a response from all the emails i sent wouldnt recommend at all

if there was a company to win an award for rudest property manager then congratulations Alena Gladic! , not only can she not deal with simple requests, she makes everything 100x more difficult , DO NOT rent here go somewhere else this lady is not worth your time or money
