*BRILLIANT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE* We found this excellent company after being let down by the company who we bought our sofa bed from, as they didn't provide us with the product as described. The sofa was meant to have 'Deep, Plump Cushions' made from foam and fibre wrap, but instead were provided with a FOAM rock hard cushion, which had just a sliver of fibre. Aerofoam made these wonderful seat cushions within a week that are ACTUALLY FOAM AND FEATHER WRAP (we opted for this choice, but the foam and fibre wrap are made in exactly the same way). They have an ingenious design of a zip in the outer layer that contains a foam interior that can be changed over time if it flattens Brilliant!! And they completed the job on time, including putting into cushion covers that have that tricky, sticking out bit. A fabulous company that we can highly recommend!

29 Aug 2014 :Avoid this company they are negligent and untrustworthy : Order No. 49367 : Lost a bespoke seat cushion and cover and then reneged on agreement to make things right, now 3 months. This company is nothing but a burden and cause of much misery and inconvenience. Reasonable attempt to try and find solution but they now just ignore our emails. Avoid!
