ASDA Pharmacy

Really great pharmacist, especially the male pharmacist with glasses. Very professional, helpful and kind. I also like the store in general, you can find anything useful like toiletries, clothes etc

Incompetent at best!!! Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Multiple issues with this pharmacy. 1. Extremely slow service. 30 min to collect a prescription. 2. They say they offer repeat prescription service but they don't. 3. Their current process is..... You have to call to check they have a prescription request for you. Only then will they then order the medication. Then they would like you to call before collecting to ensure that they have said medication. 4. They DONT answer their phones. I called 15 times and each time the call was disconnected. So I had to drive to the store TWICE on seperate days to adhere to their instructions as listed above. Farcical!!

Useless pharmacy, did not have the medicine I needed to fulfill my prescription. They did however suggest that I go to the store in Wembley... Lucky for me I was driving and not walking there.

RUDE staff!!! I called to check if my daughters repeat prescription had come through and the lady picked up with an attitude. She didnt want to check, then told me they dont do repeat prescription and to call the GP to sort it out- so unhelpful. Ive been doing this for a year already but she just wanted to argue with me over the phone and then when I asked for her name, she said come find me. Shes lucky this wasnt face to face, thats all Im saying.

Toothless says thank you auntie and uncle for helping me. Hes old and sometimes he suffers from constipations. I realised hes constipated again 10:40 in the night. I rushed to the store to get him lactose and micralax. Initially the staff were reluctant to give me any of the above because they have to be responsible for what they were selling. However, after showing them my vet licence they were incredibly helpful and got everything ready within minutes! Toothless is feeling so much better now thank you all for your kindness!
