The staff a very good, attentive and take time to help me with choosing the right frame and also helped me to contact my previous optician for my prescription in order to complete the process. Good customer service

Nari and co are exceptionally welcoming and, embarrassingly, more knowledgeable about what suited my face than I did - and Ive been having to look at it for 60 years. There may be a parallel universe where I could find a better experience, service and company, but I doubt it.

Had my eye test professionally done by the lovely Fatima. Was advised and talked through so effeciently and professionally on my glaucoma test results. Then upon completion of the eyetest I was taken over to Ahmed to try on some frames although I told him I wanted to use my old Tom Ford frames. Just as I was by the mirror trying on my old frames he just advised me to try these new collection of Oliver peoples glasses they had just received. And as soon as I put them on I was amazed at how awesome they looked. Bought them on the spot. I hope my photos do justice to these glasses. Amazing service and would advice people to try our these opticians.
