Howdens Colindale

I saw a girl on reception who gave me a quote for various things i needed. My builder then went to collect the items and he was given a different set of doors that i didnt agree upon and they gave his shoddy nasty plastic version of the same style. They completely sold a turkey (be warned) and dont trust the staff for any kind of thorough check and customer service is basically avoid any kind of conversation. I would go next door to Glen at Benchmarx who is professional, thorough and knows how to treat people. The customer service team, bless her Louise, was just at a loss and agreed that the products had multiple defects (she wouldnt like them in her house) but the blokes at howdens colindale couldnt be arsed one iota - avoid at all costs and go next door to Glen at benchmarx who i am now going to entrust to put my situation right and hes going to look after me costwise.

Newly refurbished showroom offers a much better shopping experience. Great service from staff. It can be a bit busy on Saturday so you may have to wait for service
