Good communication via WhatsApp but terrible customer service. When delivered, the car was incomplete and there were marks on the car left from the job. When I raised the issues, they fobbed me off saying its just how it is- there was no accountability and I am not impressed. This garage are not perfectionist and I wouldnt use them again. My husband used Streamline ARC to repair rear bumper damage on his Audi A5 alongside a service. We found the garage from the Audi approved garage website and decided to use them based on reviews. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service from all of the front of house staff who were always attentive and quick to respond. We also liaised with Andy using WhatsApp who was always so helpful. When we knew what parts were required for the repairs, the garage ordered them before I took my car in to ensure my car was returned quickly. They promised that the repairs and service would be completed in 2 days and they stuck to this - also did a lovely car wash before we picked it back up. I would definitely recommend Streamline ARC to anyone looking for any sort of vehicle works and theyll be recommended to friends and family. Thank you. Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim, Oil change

Best garage. A1 service front front line staff to car mechanics to body shop guys. Very professional and clear with instructions and completed very promptly. Keep up the good work.
