My booking was dealt by Umesh and Nitul, who were both very helpful in me getting the best tickets for my parents to India. With my dad having many special requirements to travel due to medical needs, Umesh was fantastic in providing me with advice and contact details for the airlines in order for me to ensure my dads needs would be met and emailing me promptly. They got us great priced tickets and I thank him for his time spent in getting the tickets booked and would highly recommend I-serve travel.

I highly recommend I-Serve! I have been purchasing my India tickets from I-Serve for the last 5 years, and each time I received the best price and excellent customer service. Umesh and his team were amazing when my flights got cancelled at start of Covid pandemic, they kept me the loop and were very professional, calm and helpful - for this reason they will always be my first point of contact, and in fact its only yesterday that I reached out to Umesh and now have flights booked for family membersthank you Umesh and team!
