        Wow. Visited yesterday and was served by Lydia. She is the most well spoken person who works for tool station. My usual branch is Harrow bit as I cover all of the M25, colindale was nearer. Her mannerism was so professional and she deserves to be more than just serving customers. If she was working for me, she would be promoted instantly as people like her are so hard to find these days.

        Not surprised at all the love that Lydia gets. I'm sure all the staff are great but I was lucky to get served by her. Very helpful - took her time to answer my question in proper detail. Best service i've received out of any Toolstation.
