I received a letter from Charning Cross clinic with a container for urine, the letter said to fill the container with urine and go to the GP to get blood and then send it to the clinic Charning Cross. I went to the family doctor, she read the letter, took my blood, then went with the letter to the reception to ask for an opinion, when she came she told me that she could not send anything to the clinic.she told me to go to charning cross clinic to get my blood, in the letter it clearly said that the GP has to send my blood to charning cross, I asked what to do with the blood now, she said no we have nothing to do with him. I took the container of blood and urine and went to another hospital which sent the blood and urine to Charning Cross clinic. Why did she take my blood if it couldn't be sent?she read the instruction letter many times before drawing my blood.

Awful. One of the worst experiences is having to deal with this practice if you have an ongoing urgent issue. You will be met with obstruction, lack of concern and no follow through. There is 1 nice polish nurse, and a male nurse that knows how to do blood tests with minimal pain. The male doctor is also ok but the rest of the staff are simply awful. They change their systems and processes but there is no service improvement, just delay obstruction and lack of care Tried to get an urgent prescription I've given up and will go via an online pharmacy as this place does not care. Sad to see the decline of a practice that was professional with more caring staff. CQC where are you?

I was with this GP more than 17 years now. Service is excellent I seen the other GP they are worst on response and appointment. In this surgery if you sick try to call 8 am onwards you will get the telephone consultant appointment and if you are sick they will call you to see you same day or next day depend on your conditions. Some time they ask you if you suffers from anything took the picture and send them securely. Doctor are good and staff also brilliant they give you proper attentions when you have appointment and as well follow up on time for any issue. I recommended this surgery GP is best in all purpose. Doctor do the duties in pandemic and serve you always when you need them. Thanks to all staff and Doctors for best service ever.
