The worst practice ever!!! They professionalism is beyond un professional. They goes against their oath as practioners, Always covering up their neglegence with an excuse. Having to have to chase them up or referrals yourself, no code of practice witnessed, have to be calling constantly just to get a doctor to call you.

Stag HOLYROOD was a very good Surgery when Dr Sapna Patel was the resident doctor there 4 days a week. That was before it merged with the Cricklewood Jai medical centre. Now she works only 2 days a week. Only 1 day now Tuesdays at Stag lane and 1 day at Cricklewood. Patients like to see their allocated gp so they can build a good trusting relationship between them and not have to see a multitude of different unknown doctors. Of course if its an emergency then you have to see any GPavailable. The Service at Stag lane was better before the Merger. Why can't we have Dr Sapna working more at Stag lane as she is very popular with the patients there.? The other doctors could work more at Cricklewood. Also 6 monthly reviews with your own GP were a regular occurrence before the merger . Now they no longer happen face to face or at all. I am told a resident pharmacist can do them. That's not the same or good enough for the patient who has longterm chronic issues and should be able to have face to face meetings with their gp so that both parties can update each other. With all Covid restrictions being ended by the Government on 19 July face to face meetings with GPS must resume. Phone consults and video ones are not as good. Some patients do not have video facilities! Trying to book appointments on line thru patient access has been impossible as the App won't allow it. This needs to be fixed urgently. I have generally found the reception staff polite and helpful and also the HCA s at Stag lane and the doctors too. However it would be much better if patients allocated GPS were at the Surgery more than 1 day a week as then it becomes almost impossible to see Yr own GP as they get fully booked up quickly.

Do not use these delinquents. They should be shut down the way the treat patients in need of urgent attention. Especially pregnant women. Don't expect any level of service. Empty promises of phone calls from doctors who never call. Also false promises of hub doctors calling but never do. Is this how you treat pregnant women? Will be looking for a new doctors surgery who actually care about their patients. I had to go out and speak to a pharmacist and pay for something which if the doctor called me and diagnosed properly would have been free as i am pregnant and sorted a week ago . Horrible service start to finish .. In response to your reply No I am not posting for someone. I am actually using my husbands phone Not once not twice. But three times I've booked telephone appointments and had confirmation that I will be called. But I have not heard a peep. Currently I am 30 weeks pregnant and some medication I cannot get over the counter And I'm in a lot of pain.
