Alaa conducted the homebuyers report for the house that we were buying. He was thorough and professional, produced the report quickly and then called us to talk through the findings and answer our questions. As we were so impressed with Alaa we asked him to complete the structural calculations for the large scale renovations we we were undertaking at our new house later the same year. Again, he was timely, and thorough, and always available for questions. We had a challenging set of circumstances but Alaa helped us overcome these in his usual calm and professional manner. Would highly recommend. :)

Alaa conducted a homebuyers survey for me after being highly recommended by a relative. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from the fast and thorough responses to my initial enquiry, the speed at which the survey was arranged with third parties and the rapid turnaround of the survey itself. Alaa conducted the survey, wrote the report and called to talk me through the findings all in the same day, also coming back to me quickly and clearly on any subsequent questions.
